INSTALLMENT
Ground Foundation Request :
The ground should ideally be a cement self-leveling surface, ceramic tiles, or wooden floor. The surface needs to be smooth, well-polished, dry, free of excessive pores or cracks, without hollows or bulges, undamaged, free of sand, and kept clean.
Flooring Installation Considerations :
Generally, the air temperature for installation should not be lower than 15°C. When the flooring material is thick and hard, the temperature should be correspondingly higher. The preferred temperature should be based on the standard that the flooring material can expand naturally and be easily cut. Before installation, please measure the ground dimensions to plan the layout of the flooring rolls, and also measure the length of the flooring rolls to avoid seams the door. After the flooring rolls are properly spread out on the ground, apply glue and deburr both edges of the joint. Then weld the joint and align the welding line. When slotting with a grooving machine, ensure that the slotting depth is less than the thickness of the flooring roll. Additionally, any dust and flooring chips in the slot must be swept out before welding.
Installation Procedure and Method :
To create a professional court, a good construction site, a well-trained installation team, and qualified installation equipment are all necessary and indispensable:
1. Good construction site : Please avoid cross-construction, as PVC flooring installation is the final procedure. Do not rush; otherwise, there may be damage to working surface and flooring material surface.
2. Well-trained installation team and good installation equipment : This is essential for achieving the best final installation effect Below are some necessary installation tools.
3. Fixed installation - Full glue adhesion : (suitable for concrete ground) Lay out the flooring rolls and splice each roll together on the ground, then roll up one side of the roll. Clean the ground and the back of the flooring rolls. Scrape the glue evenly on the ground with a scraping board; apply glue to one side and then the other side.

Push and press the flooring onto the surface with soft wood to make the flooring smooth and eliminate air between the flooring and the ground. Any excess glue on the flooring surface must be cleaned up promptly. For every installation method, the grooving, welding, and court line drawing procedures must be carried out after the glue has set.
Grooving Procedure:
The grooving procedure must be completed after the glue has fully set. Use a professional grooving machine to along the seam. To ensure the floor welding is firm and steady, the grooving depth must be less than the flooring thickness. The grooving depth is 2/3 of the flooring thickness. At the of the joint where the groover cannot reach, please use a manual groover to create a slot with the same depth and width.
4. Welding Procedure: Set the temperature of the welding gun to around 800°C. Melt the welding wire at an even speed and push it into the slot. When the welding wire is half cooled, even out the bulging part with a welding wire leveling machine or a crescent shovel.
Maintenance and Cleaning:
The PVC surface has resistance to external contamination. If it becomes dirty, it can be easily cleaned with a mop. For more stubborn dirt, it can be cleaned with water and a neutral cleaning agent. Maintenance and cleaning costs are minimal.
